Email Marketing Specialist
Own end-to-end email campaign delivery for B2B clients across HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActiveCampaign, and other platforms. You will build campaigns, design automation journeys, audit deliverability, and report on performance.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage email campaigns including copy, templates, segmentation, and scheduling
- Design and implement automated nurture workflows and lifecycle journeys
- Conduct deliverability audits and resolve inbox placement issues
- Produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with CRM and content teams on integrated campaign programs
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Working knowledge of at least one major platform: HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
- Understanding of email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sending reputation
- Strong written communication skills — you can write good email copy
- Ability to manage multiple client programs simultaneously
