Marketing Operations Manager
Lead delivery across multiple client accounts in the marketing operations practice. You will manage a team of specialists, own client relationships, and ensure quality and timeliness across all deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of email marketing and CRM specialists across client accounts
- Own client relationships for assigned accounts — serve as primary point of contact
- Review and approve deliverables before client submission
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to account growth
- Contribute to internal process improvements and team enablement
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- Experience managing client relationships in an agency or consulting environment
- Deep knowledge of at least two service areas: email, CRM, content, or analytics
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent communication — you are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
